These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and PullData (“PullData,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of www.pulldata.io, our scraper platform, APIs, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to do so on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Your Account
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security incident
We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Our Services
PullData provides software tools and related services that help users configure, run, manage, and export structured data workflows, including no-code scraping and related automation features.
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
4. License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal use.
This is a license, not a sale. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited by law
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission
- Access undocumented parts of the Services or attempt to bypass restrictions
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the Services in a way that interferes with other users or our systems
5. Acceptable Use

- To upload malware, malicious code, or harmful automated requests
- To use the Services in a way that violates the terms or policies of a target website when you know, or reasonably should know, that such use is prohibited
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services and any data obtained through the Services is lawful and appropriate in your jurisdiction and for your intended use.
6. User Content and Inputs
You may submit URLs, prompts, selectors, configuration files, instructions, and other content to the Services (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant PullData a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, and use that content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.
7. Data Retrieved Through the Services
PullData may help you retrieve and structure online information. We do not guarantee:
- That any source website will remain available
- That any data will be accurate, complete, or current
- That any website will continue to allow access, rendering, or structured extraction
- That the Services will work with every source, workflow, or use case
You are responsible for how you use any data obtained through the Services.
8. Billing, Plans, and Cancellation
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Unless otherwise stated:
- Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled
- You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise
- We may change pricing, packaging, credits, usage limits, or plan features with reasonable notice
If payment fails, we may suspend or restrict access to paid features.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, branding, design, content, text, graphics, interfaces, and underlying technology, are owned by PullData or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any PullData intellectual property to you.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, websites, payment processors, hosting services, analytics tools, and source platforms.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullData disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or security.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific needs.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullData and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
PullData’s total liability will not exceed the greater of: the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $500.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PullData from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your collection/processing of data obtained through the Services.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the Information Technology Act, 2000 and any rules made thereunder shall apply to these Terms.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
17. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
